If you become a customer, we also collect the business information needed to build and monitor your listings: your business name, address, phone number, category, and related details, along with any login credentials created for listing accounts on your behalf.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to scope and deliver the citation building and monitoring service. Business listing information is used only to build, verify, and monitor your citations, and is submitted to the directories and aggregators required to complete that work.
Third parties
Contact form messages are delivered using Resend, an email delivery provider. Business listing data is shared with the directories, data aggregators, and platforms needed to create or repair the listings you have requested. We do not sell contact or business information to third parties.
Data retention
